Diversity Retail Academy

Diversity Retail Academy

A retail education standard for Diversity stylists.

Diversity Retail Academy is the internal education and certification system behind our styling practice, customer experience, merchandising standards, color literacy, fit knowledge, and inclusive retail method.

Internal standard

Every Diversity staff member undergoes DMC training.

Diversity Merchandising Certification training is part of the internal standard behind how our team understands product presentation, customer flow, visual storytelling, floor organization, styling relationships, and commercial retail judgment. The same merchandising framework we teach is actively practiced inside Diversity Consignment.

We train our own team in the same merchandising principles we expect the credential to represent.

All Diversity staff undergo DMC training. Completing staff training does not automatically confer the DRA Certified Merchandiser credential. That credential is earned separately through the required competency assessment and applied capstone.

What DRA means
