Tell us how much of your available consignor balance you want to use online.
2. Verify
We confirm the available amount in your SimpleConsign account before issuing credit.
3. Convert
The approved amount is removed from your consignor balance and issued as Diversity online store credit.
4. Shop
Sign in with the same email address and use your available credit at checkout.

Request a Balance Conversion

Important: Submitting this request does not create credit immediately. We verify the balance in SimpleConsign first so the same funds cannot be used twice. Please allow up to 24 hours for your balance conversion to be processed.

After you submit: your request is received immediately. Balance conversions may take up to 24 hours to verify and process. We’ll confirm when your online credit is ready to use.

After approval: sign in to your Diversity customer account with the same email address. Your approved Shopify store credit can then be used toward eligible online purchases at checkout.
