Standard consignment is now credit only. The Diversity Credit Account is free to open, has a 30 day consignment period, and turns your earnings into boosted store credit you can use toward purchases at Diversity.

One simple way to consign.
All standard clothing consignment earnings are issued as Diversity Credit. Cash and check payouts are not offered for standard consignment.

- $40 in earnings becomes $50 in Diversity Credit

Account terms: A $1 monthly consignor access fee is deducted only when you have an active balance, and you may opt out of online access. The consignment selling period is 30 days. At the end of that period, unsold items enter a 7 day pickup window. Items not reclaimed by the end of that pickup window become the property of Diversity Consignment. All consignment items are subject to store sales and promotions.
How it works
The consignment process, clearly structured.
Standard consignment uses one account type: Diversity Credit. There is no account opening fee.
A drop-off is not an automatic acceptance. Each piece is reviewed in person for condition, season, style, brand demand, inventory needs, and resale likelihood. Accepted items are then priced, merchandised, promoted, and rotated by the Diversity team for 30 days.
When an item sells, you earn 33% of the selling price and that earning receives a 1.25 times boost as Diversity Credit for future purchases.

No appointment is required during consignment hours. Open your free Diversity Credit account, then bring clean, organized pieces ready for review. Drop-off does not guarantee acceptance. Declined items can be reclaimed or directed to donation based on the option selected at intake.
