Expectations
What we do not do
- Invisible mending
- Return garments to “manufactured” condition
Reminder: Do not expect the garment to return to its original manufactured status. Visible mending means the repair becomes part of the story.
Drop-off requirements
Before you bring items in
- Items must be cleaned prior to drop-off
- We may refuse unclean items
- Expected turnaround: ~1 week from drop-off
