Consignor Payouts
We want getting paid for your sold items to be simple and transparent. Here's how our payout schedule works and how to submit your payout request.
30-Day Period
Your standard consignment period must be completed before your account becomes eligible for payout.
$15 Minimum
Your eligible consignor balance must be at least $15 for a payout check to be issued.
Checks on the 1st
Checks are issued on the 1st of the month following your 30-day consignment period.
When will my check be ready?
After your 30-day consignment period has ended, you are eligible for a payout.
If your eligible balance is $15 or more, your check will be made out upon request
If your account balance is below $15, it will remain on your consignor account until the minimum payout amount is reached. However, you can always use your balance as store credit and receive an additional 25% off your purchase.
If your 30-day consignment period ends in August and your eligible balance is $15 or more, your check will be included in the September 1st payout cycle.
