How consignment works
You bring us pieces you think belong at Diversity. Our team evaluates them for condition, season, style, brand and resale potential. Accepted pieces are priced and placed into our sales rotation.
Bring it in
Visit during our designated consignment hours. No appointment is required for standard in-store drop-offs.
We curate + sell
Our team reviews, prices, merchandises and promotes accepted pieces based on what our customers are currently shopping for.
You earn
Track your account online. Once your consignment period has ended, eligible earnings can be requested according to our payout process.

The Numbers
What you earn
Your consignor percentage is determined by the selling price of each item. The percentage below represents your share when the item sells.
Items priced under $100
33%You receive 33% of the selling price.
Items priced over $100
50%You receive 50% of the selling price.
Your Consignment Cycle
What happens after we accept your items?
Your 30-day period begins
Accepted clothing is entered into a 30-day consignment period.
We sell your pieces
Your items may be priced, merchandised, photographed, promoted and rotated throughout the store based on our merchandising needs.
Your consignment period is complete
Earnings from sold merchandise become eligible for the applicable payout process after the consignment period has ended.
Request your payout
Follow Diversity's payout-request procedure once your balance is eligible. Please review the payout page before submitting a request.

Accepted collectibles follow the same standard consignment arrangement as clothing unless otherwise specified by our team.

Prefer to clear things out without maintaining a consignor balance? Ask us about our donation option.
Donated inventory is connected to our rotating local-charity initiative, with a portion of qualifying sales directed toward the featured organization.
