Marketplace Seller Agreement

This agreement establishes the operating rules for individuals selling merchandise through the Diversity Community Marketplace.

Commission

Diversity receives 15% of the merchandise sale amount. The seller receives 85%, subject to returns, refunds, disputes, chargebacks, taxes, payment processing treatment, shipping adjustments and any other amounts required by the marketplace transaction.

Seller eligibility

Sellers must provide accurate identity and contact information, comply with applicable law, and maintain an account in good standing. Diversity may approve, decline, pause or close seller access.

Ownership and authenticity

Sellers may list only merchandise they have the legal right to sell. Counterfeit, stolen, prohibited or intentionally misrepresented merchandise is not permitted. Sellers are responsible for authenticity claims and accurate descriptions.

Listing accuracy

Photos must represent the actual item. Condition, size, measurements, material, brand, flaws and other material characteristics must be disclosed accurately. Diversity may request corrections or reject listings that do not meet marketplace standards.

Inventory responsibility

Sellers must keep listed inventory available. If an item is sold elsewhere or otherwise becomes unavailable, the seller must remove or disable the listing promptly.

Fulfillment

Sellers are responsible for packaging, shipping and entering valid tracking for seller fulfilled orders within the required marketplace window. Repeated late shipment, cancellation or invalid tracking may result in account restrictions.

Returns and disputes

Seller earnings may remain pending until applicable return, delivery, fraud and dispute periods have cleared. Amounts associated with refunds, chargebacks or seller caused order failures may be deducted from seller earnings where permitted.

Marketplace discretion

Diversity may remove listings, request documentation, suspend selling privileges or take other reasonable action to protect buyers, sellers and the marketplace.
