What We're Looking For

  • A Professional Thrifter

    Someone who has trendy style and knows what people want and is passionate about thrifting. We want someone who would rather spend their time thrifting than working their 9-5 or hanging out at home.

  • Who Knows Their Stuff

    We want buyers who are exceptional at identifying:

    • Vintage & Y2k
    • Seasonal Trends
    • Contemporary Trendy Brands
    • Authentic High-end Designer Brands

  • With Room to Learn

    Approved applicants will go through a 3-4 hour hands-on training session where we will cover specific guidelines tailored to our brand. You’re going to have to prove to us that you know what people want to buy as well as understand specific brands that we will not accept. 

How it Works

The Diversity Buyer goes out to their local and favorite thrift stores and buys clothing specifically to be sold at Diversity Consignment. The Buyer brings their receipt along with their picks with them to Diversity and we review their purchases. We cover the cost of all the purchased items, and the Diversity Buyer receives an additional 37.5% of what they spent.

Subject to store allowance and clothing guidelines. 

Example: If The Buyer spends $102.50 on acceptable clothing, we would compensate the $102.50 + an additional $38.43. The Buyer would receive $140.93 total.
